  Have shopped there for awhile and always found them to be good but today I had a poor customer service experience to which I will now never go back.
  Went and posted 3 items at their in store post shop. I instructed the girl serving me what I wanted, paid and left the shop.
  Got home to find she had not posted one of the items tracked as I had asked for so I called the store to explain what had happened.
  Their whole attitude towards me was well, you will have to come back down and pay the extra $2. No apology just a laid back response of you will have to come back.
  So I did.
  Very unhappy, the store makes a $2 mistake and then expects the customer to get back in there car, put their baby back in the car and drive all the way back to give them the $2 that they stuffed up on.
  Not what I call good customer service at all when it was their mistake and I ended up with the extra cost hassle and cost of a phone mobile call and driving back down.
  All for the sake of $2, seriously ??
  Very disappointed
